Fade To Funk is back for 2018 and Tony S is at the helm with his debut original release for us.
His 'No More EP' is a 4 tracker prepped and ready for all corners of the dancefloor.
No More is a groove packed, slow mover aimed at those all important warm up sessions.
Warm pads, punchy drums and a funked up guitar riff drives the track perfectly.
Lacuna takes the groove up a slight notch with a beautiful spanish inspired guitar riff, vocal stabs and warm percussion which is ideal for taking those deep house sets up a level.
Head honcho Jeff Fader is on remix duties for No More and really stretches his creative muscles, creating something truly unique but respecting the original. Built around the chord stab riff and warm pads, the track's pace is much faster making it a great crossover track.
Lastly we have label newcomer, Finest Wear to join the Fade To Funk family with his remix of Lacuna. His take is something truly marvellous, again taking it up a level and making it more accessible for the peak time sets. It is extremely well polished, filled with layers and those shuffling hi hats to keep those hips moving. A stellar job!
